Screen Problem

when i scroll down it doesnt move normally it instead goes down like real slow someone plz help

1. what are you trying to scroll down in? explorer, browser, other?
2. are you scrolling with up/down arrows on scroll bar or the bar in the middle?
3. are you using the mouse scroll wheel?

Go into start, click on control panel, click on "Mouse", click on the "wheel" tab, and adjust your scroll speed from there.

everything basicly the wheel the mouse everything
and i went to the mouse and did the wheel speed but thats not the problem its the monitor system its more like if go down on any program it goes down real slow and looks real fuzzy

It sounds more like a cpu prob or a ram prob or maybe graphics card prob, but most likely cpu.

did u install your graphics drivers? if not.. that may be the problem
