screen saver programs beside Windows

Cannot get Windows 7 to work the screen saver no mater what I try.

Are there aftermarket programs out there that control the screen saver besides windows?
 
I use Webshots, and it is clean no viruses or malware. For wall paper and screen saver by using pictures you can download from there web site from other people had taken or pictures you have taken. www.webshots.com
If you don't want the Professional (buy) get the limited version (free)
