Does any body know of a 8'+ LCD Flip down screen with VGA input and if possible touchscreen and that I can plug in a european electrical outlet? Less than 400$.

Also, is there an adapter I can buy or anything so that I can convert my TV cable input to an AV output? And what is the name of my TV cable? Will it fit into the flip down+DVD player+TV tuner screen I found here: http://www.millionbuy.com/farmd850cm.html (it's the second link on the post above)
