Screensaver Issues

First off, this has been happening since before the system restore, and it still continues. Any screensaver I choose, when it turns on, the screensaver won't go full screen. It will fill the desktop area but the taskbar will still be there.

Why don't you just have it dim the display after X minutes? A screensaver is pointless.
