Screensaver won't come on?

The screen saver won't turn on on my computer no matter what I do with the settings. There must be something running stopping it from coming on?

I ran norton antivirus and spybot to try to search for spyware and viruses, but it doesn't detect anything.
 
I am sorry to say this. I had the same problem before 1 month. The list in the screen was disabled. We cant click on that. I thought, there is something wrong with my user. But it was just the beginning. The problems were on the way. Finally I had to reboot my PC. So, I would recommend you to rebbot your computer. But I strongly suggest you to listen what other people says? There may have better ideas
