Is there a way to keep screenshots at a lower resolutions because when I paste a screenshot, Lotus notes cuts off half the screen shot. What Im doing now is I am lowering the image size in photoshop then pasting the screen shot. Its very time consuming.

open it in ms paint and hold ctrl and press 'w' and change the width and length by percentage to adjust size, than save. Thats an easy way to do it.
