Script to hide/show text or layers on a webpage

Title says it all really, im looking for a script, preferably javascript, that will allow me to hide and show different paragraphs of text...

Basically, for an example, say there was an article, only the first few sentences where shown to read the full article you would click MORE and instantly the rest of the text appears underneath it.

I know it can be done, but don't know how

Any ideas?

heh, OK, well here's the link to it - http://www.soxiam.com/Code/JavascriptCollapsingBox - its very small, so doesn't impact file size that much, and its universal, because it's so small there isn't much of it to conflict with different browsers, I've tried it in IE6, IE7, FF1.5 and FF2.0 and it works great. Coupled with a web2.0-ish template i found somewhere and customised its looking to be a good site
