^Title explains my current computer. I can be brutely honest and say i know nothing about software and likewise with hardware. I need to upgrade my computer, and i figured as opposed to doing a couple nights of research and work, i could let people already more knowledgeable and will do a better job anyways take care of it. So this is what im looking for:

- I need a computer with a decent amount of memory (music mainly).
- I will need a decent/good (either or) video card, because gaming and music is what this Comp is for.
- Faster computer because this beast is running extremly slow.
- Like i said, this computer is going to be used for music & gaming
- I am working on a really tight budget because i just got a job and i need to conserve ( gas, insurance ect....). I can't Give an Actual set price that i am looking at.
- And i am sure that there has been a epitome of this exact thread somewhere and if i used either the search button or looked for it could have found what i am looking for.

If you want an upgrade we will need to know your current settings...

Also, do you plan on building this yourself? Or would you like a prebuilt system? A prebuilt system might be ideal if you are unable to put together a machine yourself.

Well, I think that building a computer can't be too hard? or am i wrong. I knew how to years ago but i lost all that information.

My computer specs(tell me if i should supply more, and most likely if i didn't supply it, i don't know how to[so yes, i will accept help on how to obtain information which is 2nd nature to you):

intel celeron 2.39ghz
512 mb ram
vid card is ridiculously bad.
