SCSI Hard Drive

I am going to purchase an ibm server off ebay for $44 and I do not know what hard drive to use. On the ebay page it just says scsi so I looked in the users guide I found online and it says ultra320. Does this mean a 68 pin or 80 pin. I think its 80 but im not sure.

I've found some replacement drives that are 68-pin for x235 servers but I can't find anything conclusive even on IBMs site.

I don't use them any more. not familar.
