SD cards on HP desktop XW 6600

Good day,
I need some help with a problem I have by using SD cards (16Gb) I have a Sony digital camera who works with a SD card to store my pictures on but now when it comes to download them to my desktop I find it impossibel to do so because there are no slots inserts for a SD Card into the machine.
Does have anyone have a idea how to solve this problem,because my camera has no wiring that could possibly could be connected to th PC
 
USB SD card reader. :)

Or one of those ones you can put in an external 3.5" or 5.25" drive bay.
