Seagate HDD format

Bought an old (1999) comp from work. There is a user password required when I boot into Windows NT. That person left the company. I want to load Windows 98 (that's all I have). I can't format the drive in FAT32 (now it is NTFS). I downloaded Disk Wizard from Seagate, but can't get it to run properly. Any suggestions?

I mounted the Seagate as slave on my comp (win98). BIOS recognizes the HDD, but win98 does not.

win98 cannot see a NTFS partition or drive, someone might know of a way to format it to FAT32 without buying 3rd party software

FDISK should do it unelss you are attemtping to save the data ...

Did you use the floppy disk or ISO version? I don't have a floppy drive, so I usually use the ISO version to boot off of and zero fill my hard drives.
