I just stumbled across this site and was wondering if anyone else has any experience with it. It seems like a cool concept but I'm still kinda new to this. I don't mind paying but is this the best option or are there better tools for this? Please reply with your feedback.

Haven't used it. There are many such services around. You can optimize your site yourself and there are plenty of guides how to do that. The search engine designers aren't stupid. They quickly catch on to those trying to influence searching and change the rules. Sure, pro optimizers may think up a new strategy for you but around it goes.

Of course if you pay the search engines like Google to promote your site, you are guaranteed exposure. That's one way they get their income. You can buy search words and degrees of promotion - appearing at the top of a search or to the right, based on the words you bought etc.
