Searching for a specific program

Hi.

I am desperately searching for a program to manage my e-mails, or at least the most important one and my social media's. Like if there is a notification on Facebook I get notified on the program himself. On my work I have 4 screens and I am the "social media" manager and I have to answer alot of mails. There are alot of Facebook likes and comments stuff running in. It would be great if I could manage and check those at one screen at a time! Let me hear some suggestions please!
