Second hand memory modules

Hey people,

Are Second hand memory modules ok to use again if i buy one?

Because i want to get a 1Gb stick but myself cannot afford it yet as im only 18 and seeking a job.

My parents would give me the money as they have offred many times but i dont wonna take any money off them.

Do you think i could get a second hand module for about £40-45?

It was recomended to me by a friend but the store isnt close to where i live.
So i will probably search for a store/Person whos selling it second hand cheap.

well they should be ok, just run a load of memtests over them when you get them. If they fail just send them back

I mean it does say....

12 months warranty on all items

So at least i have some guaruntee with it.
