Second opinion on a build

I accually have two options now, my budget is a flexible $400. I'm looking for at least 1gb of RAM, it might be more than I need but with my dead computer having 64mbs I'm sticking with gigs. I'm not a hardcore gamer but I do have computers work hard, I'm on the net 16-18 hours a day and I do play some online and offline games. I really over do multi tasking often with 10+ FireFox tabs, MS paint, word and notepad(sometimes huge logs) all open. The $400 includes CD/DvD burner, card reader and whatever else hard-ware wise. However, I do have an old, plain case and a CD burner, a $5 used monitor, keyboards and mice.

Option 1:
CPU: $114.50

If your trying to sell something, you need 100+ posts.

nah im not this is a package i made up on newegg..so i thought it would be easier if he just gave me his email that way i can send him the package threw newegg. newegg has the option were u can send the cart to a email address so it would have been easier for me. but i decided to post the links instead..

You sure you want to use a PSU that was included in a case purchase? Thought those were unreliable?

A few days ago I purchased an Abit IP-95 motherboard and an E4300 + an stock fan for $160 ship included and that bronze thingy at PartsPC. This is my second transaction with them and it has gone smoooothly

If you buy them as one on newegg you shouldn't have had shipping right? 420 is a bit high if I'll still need an HD, the HD I have is from 1997.
