Hello, the other day my Dell inspiron 1720 didnt want to start, there was just a light that turned on. I took the second RAM out and then i started to work again. Now im only working with one RAM, so i bought a second ram but it still doesnt work! Please Help!!!
Is the second ram the same specs as the first one? If so, take a can of compressed air and blow out the memory slot. It's possible you have a bad slot.
