I asked you guys for help and thank you all. I got the computer price checked and the price has gone up to €1,450 from the humble €1,100.
The person that is helping me gave me plenty ideas,
one was to have two drives (?or something) and install games on one drive and play of the other and it will allow my computer to run 15% faster. Also something about cache.
Other idea was no virus protecter that it will make it run faster.

This is probaby something everyone already does but how do I do this for when the time comes.

I'm using a half broken keyboard so excuse the spelling. I'll edit if you point out the spelling fails :)

It would depend on the hard drives used.

The best way to do what you are on about, whilst keeping within budget, would be to have a quick drive for your OS, games and frequently used programs, and then another drive for storage. You won't be able to fit an SSD in the budget, so instead I would recommend:

Samsung F4 320GB main drive
Any 500+GB drive for storage made by Samsung or Western Digital.

For ~€1000
