Hello There!!!
I was just wondering why is my security center is not enabled. when i'm opening my security center i see the message above the Manage security settings for: blah, blah blah...
It says, The Security Center is currently unavailable because the "security Center" service has not started or was stopped. Please close this window, restart the computer (or start the "security canter" service), and then open the security center again.
whta's cause this, i've already enabled all the security essentials. please i need help!!! thanks for any kind consideration!!!
 
Skizzor, of course i want my whole security center run!!! i've tried running security center automatically by administrative tools, but it's still going back to it's original state when i reboot my pc.
 
Ok i have some ideas and i will start with my first idea.

Go to the command prompt.
Type the command Netsh winsock reset and press enter

Make sure the ICS is set to automaticly
> Go to the Control Panel and click Administrative Tools
and then Double-click Services
go to the bottom of the list; double-click Windows Firewall/Internet Connection Sharing (ICS)and make sure the Startup type is set to Automatic.
Then press apply and rebot your computer.
