ok so this pc came from a fresh format.and i noticed that each time i opened security center from control panel the pc freezes up.i thought maybe it was still loading but actually the pc froze...what might be causing this ?

note that also Bitdefender 8 free is installed..or maybe thats the problem ?

what does the event viewer say?

didn't check the viewer i simply disable the security center from startup.such annoyances but i'll check the event viewer though
