Security Problem, possible hack?

I just got a blue scree, details below, when playing grid i thought it was just due to an overclock on my gpu which never seems stable when playing grid, even though it is stable no matter what else you do, but after a quick bit of research a lot of people were saying it could be due to being hacked, so here is the blue screen info.



I have run malware bytes and hijack this, logs below and malware bytes is updated, Malware bytes removed 4 infections.

I am re-running Malware bytes now to check it has removed the infection.
 
Uhm.... It doesn't look to bad. Java can sometimes be a problem, The blue screen is a common problem, could you tell me your operating system please.
