Seeing your FPS while gaming

Hey guys,

Just wondering what kind of software is available that will show you your Frames Per Second while gaming.

Thanks!

iirc xfire also does it bu you have to have it open in-game which is annoying, the only other one i know of is fraps but it does hamper some perfomance, not a problem if your ott with power but im generally borderline low settings to none lol so it annoys me a bit

whichever wortks best i geuss

Most games you can open the console and command it to show FPS without additional software. For example in COD you can use the console line command cfg /drawFPS

The two main games I play are CS:S and Left 4 Dead 2. Are you aware of any console commands for either of these games that will show FPS?

Both use the source engine so yes! Try "net_graph 1" - no quotes, obviously.

It shows your network usage primarily, but also FPS.

I use MSI afterburner, and there is an option for OSD (On-Screen-Display).

I have my temp, fps, fan %, and GPU % usage up.
