seeking advices/recommendations for upgrading video cards

I'm getting ready to tune up my computer for the up coming games ( Half life 2 episode 2 and the new FEAR expansion) and am looking for a new video card. My current video card is a NAVIDA GeForce 7300 GT by Asus. Any suggestions on what I should get next? Budges are around 150 to 200 USD
