Seeking knowledge and help selecting a cpu

I want to hear some opinions on this product. Is there a better cpu for my money?

I would like to spend roughly $130 on a processor or like $330 on a processor and a video card.

Hmm thats tough. Those are the 2 most costliest hardware for computers. For a video card and processor I would choose these:

EVGA 9800GT

Intel core 2 duo e8200 wolfdale

Total comes out to 328 and this processor has more cache and a higher frequency than the 7200. Also the 9800GT preforms a little bit better than the 8800GT which is a nice piece of equipment and can run any game out and coming out.
