Sega Dreamcast and Web Browser 2.0 help

I want to unplug my DSL modem and try out my Dreamcast Dial Up web browser 2.0...although i do not have a dial up isp connection or whatever .. can i still use dial up..? (my isp is qwest communicationns...www.qwest.com)...i just want to mess arround with it and see what it can do...i've never actually tried this dreamcast internet thing...and i am also wondering would i just get my dial up info at the qwest website or what? thanks...

It all depends on what your ISP allows... Oddly enough, I still can connect to our old dialup service. I assume it's because we're still using the same ISP, just with cable...

For whatever reason, you could try and connect to your ISP as you do need a username and password for both...
