Send form by email in Access 2003

Morning All

Thanks for having a look at this one. Maybe someone can guide me on how to sort this issue I have with Access 2003

Really simple – We use it to log purchase orders in a free text page – Complete the free text section on the page, save the record, than click the embedded print button. It prints 2x copies of the order form and job done.

I want to be able to email this page that is currently printed. I have no idea how to do this. Can anyone guide me through?

There is no email option available anywhere?
 
goto your email client. then write and start the email. you should see icon that says attach-. then you can link the the saved file. on the otherhand try start up up access or what ever your using. open it up. hit print screen, this will copy to clipboard. then goto email and write then paste. that might work also if it not a full page.

Print screen misses elements of the form.

Attach sends the file as an access file doesnt it. Our suppliers may not have access?

I just want to complete the form and email it as it looks.

Any clues
