Hello,

You have 3 options:

You have to register a domain name

1) Buy a Hosting service ( recommended)
2) Install your own mail server (home/office).
3) Buy a dedicated server / vps

Option # 1
I think is the best option for you, easy and cheap.

You have to invest $ 10/Month or less with connection 24/7 / 100mbps or better, Spam filters and Backup

Option # 2

Requirements

1. Static IP address (Extra fee from your ISP $ 5 - $20 / Month)
2. Mail server (dedicated machines working 24/7 - Electricity $$$ )
3. A server Backup (optional)
4. UPS
5. A good firewall
6. Time for server administration

Option # 3

Dedicated server ($100 - $ 300)
or VPS (isolated) $10 - $80

1. Static Ip Included
2. Windows server 2008 R2
3. Firewall
4. Time for server administration
5. 100Mbs/ 1Gbps
6. Plesk or Cpanel

http - 80,8080
ftp: 21
Rdp: 3389
pop3 - Port 110
imap - Port 143
smtp - 25,26,587
.........
