Sending/Sharing files

can somebody please tell me how i can send programes to friends. files sizes vary between 5mb-100mb. my web based email will not allow me to send .exe attachments. thanks in advance

if you have patience use your yahoo or msn messenger but make sure to zip the file up or it will ask you for antivirus protection to scan the file and blah blah

www.sendspace.com its pretty cool! up to 300mb i beleive! direct download and also its just cool! i use it all of the time
