Seperate HD's

I was wondering if it was possible to run windows and all its components on one HD and put all other programs and files on a different one (running both simultaneously without using RAID)?
 
yeah. Just install windows on the primary harddrive. Then, when you install anything, make sure install it onto the secondary harddrive.
