legacy mouse detected
USB legacy enabled? (What's this?)
Fixed disk 0! st320014A
press f1 to resume

Please do not bump 10 min apart from each other. We will get around to it when we see it.

Now did it just do this all of a sudden, or is this a new build or what?

it is not letting me

That's because you need a boot diskette of Either Windows 98 or a CD of Windows XP or whatever operating system you want to install. If you use the CD you must change the boot order so the CD-ROM boots first.

i turn computer on and this is what pops out
copyritgh 1996-2000 Intel corp.

Intel copr CA810E Desktop Board
Serial Number: IMC204604073
Ca8102A.86A.0006.P03.0002100928

Intel(r) Pentium(r) III processor , 700 mhz 256 mb system RAM
Serial Presence Detect device missing or inconclusive

legacy keyboard
legacy mouse
Usb Legacy enabled
fixed disk 0! st3200114A
press f1 to resume

so I pressed it said :
invalid boot diskette
insert boot diskette in A: (A is for the floppy rigth?)

tried installing windows home (legal) and it said :
once again Invalid boot diskette
insert boot diskette in A:

it don't let me run bios tried hitting F8 and F2 but nothing

Try Del. If it is booting the floppy first and you have something in the CD-ROM its not going to matter. You need to try to change the boot order so the CD-ROM comes first.

unfortunately no my bios key was F2, I put the ATAPI cd-rom first that din't work I saved of course it's asking me for a boot disk in A:
