Serious Error....

Ok so when I rebooted my pc after yet another graphics crash, I get the following error..

Does this mean I'm ok, or screwed? Is there anything that I should be doing??

If the pc HAS RECOVERED from a serious error, it's OK, but updating your video drivers from the producer's site will help not getting errors.

yeah I've previously updated them to the latest.

i get this all the time, system does a reboot, and i have done a clean install recently.....
