Serious Quickness Help Needed

My time for the 90 day step-up process for my nvidia 7800gt is almost expiring and I want to know if I am eligible. It says "Customers who received their EVGA graphics card as part of a complete computer system are not eligible - except for those listed on our approved system vendor list."

Well, I ordered my computer from NCIX.com, and had to put it together myself. The graphics card came in its own box and everything. Am I still eligable?

Should be, cause I think they meant that if you have a computer which came with an eVGA video card installed then you aren't eligible.
