so this game came with my video card right... my new 7900gtx :D
but i installed it and the music during the movies (not the talking, the talking is fine) is all jumpy and skips most of it! also, i get huge glitches with my mouse in the menu screens... and after awhile of play, it also starts happening during the game... where i can only look at the ground or the sky and i can barely play. this doesnt happen during any other game... my mouse is in the sig and i highly doubt its the mouse because this mouse is amazing. :D lol
btw this game is kinda stupid anyways... like really wut is up with this game, WEIRD
ill try reinstalling it again
btw it wont let me turn antialiasing up all the way either! quake 4 lets me turn it up to 16x w/out any lag!

It wont let you turn the AA up all the way cos your cards not powerfull enough to run the game @ x16AA:P

You need something like 2 XFX 7950GX2's in SLi or 2 X1900XTX's in Crossfire + a PhysX Card:D

haha right... you're wrong.
i change the setting to "high" and it switches back to medium after i click "apply" and the monitor resets.

Update the game... and video drivers.

Use the nvidia control panel for that.

drivers have been 100% updated since march...
checked, and i have the latest.
nvidia control panel only allows for 8x antialiasing

Just because a game may be prettier and newer doesn't mean that it will be more demading than a game that is older and not as pretty. Take for instance Battle for Middle-Earth and Battle for Middle-Earth 2. On my system BFME ran kinda choppy and lagged a lot during multi-player. However, BFME 2, a theoretically more intensive game, runs a whole lot better, especially during multi-player where the most problems occured.

So, what I'm saying is that it is probably a problem with the game engine as far as the AA is concerned. That game was made a while ago, and so there could be some other hardware or software conflicts that are causing a problem. If you still want to play the game, I'd suggest scaling back the AA and see if that helps at all. Sorry for not having a more positive suggestion for you. :)
