Serious Virus/Trojan Problem. Help needed!

Nearly an hour back as i was browsing through Internet Explorer,
suddenly i got a message saying some problem in IE so download 'iedefender'.

I downloaded it and with that i got "trojan.win32.obfuscated.gx" virus.

Now even whn im offline and try to open MY Computer or any folder in getting this message ->

--Your browser is infected by 'trojan.win32.obfuscated.gx'
--You need to clean click to download [OK]

It is taking me to 'http://iedefender.com/download2.php'

thats leading to an exe file again.

How to remove this virus?
Help Quickly Pleaseeeeeee.
 
thats one you can run

you probably clicked on one of those fake pop-up ads that say you have to clean your computer

dont click on those, they're not really warnings... just pop-up ads tryin to get you 2 buys stuff
 
I have run the Lavasoft-Adaware, it show some file and i deleted them, But still im getting same error.

Iam worried whelther that virus spread to my other partitions/drives?
