Server has terminated the connection.

Internet issues. "Server has unexpectedly terminated the connection". I get this kind of thing constantly. I keep having to refresh my connection. Everything checks out fine from the ISP to the modem. The computer seems to work fine on everything other than internet. It happens regardless of website. It happens at random. What can it be? I'm prepared to work on it myself. I have my hammer, tire tool and torch ready if someone can tell me where to start. BTW, if you haven't noticed already I'm not a "computer tech" type person. I'm more comfortable under the hood of a car. Tim.
 
Getting Better.

It got better for a few days. Then it had a relapse. Right now, it seems perfect. Surprising though, we have had several inches of rain. Usually we have plenty of problems during "monsoon" :) season. Tim.
