I have Brighthouse high speed cable, Mozilla Firefox, Windows Xp. Working fine until about two weeks back, started receiving "Server not Found" Firefox can't find server at www.example.com. Sometimes it connect sometimes not, using the same address. It's doing this on all my comps, yet they show very good connection. Have used Super-antispyware, Malwarebytes Anti-Malware and Systems Mechanics Professional and others, nothing helps. Any ideas?

If all your systems are doing it then either you are infected with something or you have an ISP problem. Have you tried rebooting your modem and router?

sounds like you may have dns problem have you tried access the website in question using an ip address
for example if you cant access
www.computerforum.com

have you tried typing cf's ip address which can be found by pinging the website in cmd (which i would do now to give you the ip but its locked out because i am at work)

if this works you have a dns problem this could be that your isp is having a problem, the dns servers are not set up to obtain automatically or you may need to call your isp to get them to give you the correct dns servers, we can help you set them up but im sure your isp's tech support will do that when they speak to you
