Server PCIe card

I have taken out a PCI ethernet card from older Dell server and want to put it to the new Dell R520
This is how it looks like

The slots in the new server are a bit wider, what type are they? Would they be compatible?

Those look like normal PCIe 16x and 8x. It might look kind of weird since it's a BTX board.

Something like an IPMI card for management would be flipped around.

The card should work in the slots but it would look a bit funny by only taking up 4x worth of PCIe lanes.
