Hello,

When i install service pack one, it wont get into windows. The first i reboot it.

Can you elaborate a bit? What's happened?

What model of computer do you have? Some OEM manufacturers (like dell, hp, etc...) mess with the operating system a bit when they install it, and it sometimes causes conflicts.

Did you install the standalone version or the one from the auto update?

Try doing the standalone version: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/en/details.aspx?familyid=b0c7136d-5ebb-413b-89c9-cb3d06d12674&displaylang=en if you did it through auto update.

ehmm i have an acer aspire 5610z, i want to install office 2010, but i am scared installing windows vista all over again, when service pack is not working.
