ok so here is my question i have a whole bunch of stuff running at startup and services that are running. I'm just curious what you guys and gals recommend disabling and setting to manual ect. The documents are in a zip file as that was the easiest way to show all. Thank you in advance.

Its very difficult for us to tell you what should or should not be in your startup. I mean sure, we could point out directly viruses or things like that. But any software is totally your choice. PopUpStopperFreeEdition, ISUSPM, etc are all programs that you may want on startup, but we may recommend you turn off to speed up boot. Its all your opinion.

What I can suggest is thus. Google every startup process and service and decide for yourself if you want it on :). But a bit of a hint, most "tray items" or "pre-loaders" or "updaters" (here is looking at you adobe, quicktime, hp, itunes, and flash) really don't need to be on.

Of course no doubt the next post is going to go against all this and state "yeah, turn off X, Y, Z, and etc" but whatever.

basically any program you dont want to start evrytime the pc starts should not be in there, alot of program like skype, messenger etc will force there way into the startup and they shouldn`t be there, you should have as little in the startup as possible, i just have avg anti virus and objectdock, nothing else.
