The only major thing SP2 added that can slow down your pc, is the security center. You can disable it, so the firewall and auto-updater dont load. Or you can disable the security center all together via msconfig.
also i seem to get more spyware now then useall and i have avg and zonealarm running and spyware blaster i turn automatic updates off so i dunno can you help me in anyway
