Set limit to a folder

Anyone know any good software to set limit to a folder on XP workstation? any recommendation are welcome.

Limit as in how many ppl access or view it ?
then stop using simple file sharing and use the security options of that folder

I would like to limit the size of the folder. Same as quota manager but this is to the folder level.

Why not just create an NTFS partition but instead of giving it a drive letter, mount it as a folder in another drive?
