Ive talked to linksys and all and no one can help me......Please respond soon:mad:

so what exactly is the problem? computer not talking to the router, computer connected to router but can't access internet, wireless not working, what?

look for an option that says "clone computer's MAC address" or something close to that, a lot of ISP's keep track of the MAC's using their service to try to charge people more for having multiple computers

I assume you need to enter an ID/pw..

This is a PPoOe connection.
There are different variations you can try
[email protected] with pw
or just username and pw

What kind of connection do you need to setup?

ok I've heard this more times than you know, I KNOW you don't have a Macintosh computer, I'm talking about your MAC address, it stands for Media Access Control and every single thing that connects to the internet has a unique one, the first half designates the company that made it and the second is the unique number for that exact item. You will find an option on your router after connecting to 192.168.1.1 (or 2.1 or 3.1, you should be told this in the manual) that says "clone computer's mac address", look at this post: http://computerforum.com/showthread.php?t=34077&highlight=mac+address
