Settin Up a R.A.I.D

I have on 74 gig raptor drive and i'm running windows vista x64. I want to get another identical drive and set up a raid. Is thier a way to put it in and set up the raid in the bios and let windows figure it out or do i need to reinstall the whole thing. and I play alot of computer games BF2 being my favorite for now will it load faster with a raid or is it not worth the time?

For RAID0/other striping RAID you have to reinstall, for mirroring it should just copy the drive then you're set. BF2 will load faster with a RAID but I don't know how much faster (so it might not be worth the time)
