Setting Ram Speed Question

i got ram thats higher than 1600



its 2133, on the bios menu do i set the speed to 2133? or a lil lower like 2100?
 
Go into the bios, under MIT and advanced settings. Enable Extreme Memory Profile (XMP) you may have to manually enter the memory speed and timings. The info starts at the bottom of page 44 of the manual.

i remember i had some sort of problem of finding where it is, i didnt know where to go, but i was pretty sure this one menu was supposed to be where i set the memory speeds and timings but i wasnt sure.


because my bios menu isnt normal, it has a fancy interface and everything, not that old school blue screen



yea i was just worried about if i set the speed exactly like it might fry it. because i read that for the wattage your supposed to go a couple numbers down than your actual limit.
