Setting up a home network

Can someone help me

I want to set up a home network. We currently have 4 laptops that use wireless and 1 PC which is wired.

How do i set up a network so that laptops can share files, share priters etc. Iv tried windows way but it seems to think i have to use wires to my laptops.

Is it possible to do it wirelessly? if so how?

can every laptop currently get online?

What version of the OS are you running? I assume you are running all Microsoft Windows on your computers?

Are they all on the same work group, and do you have files/folders actually shared?
