Setting Up A Website

Hi.

I'd like to set up a website to showcase my art. The site wouldn't be used for anything more than to exhibit thumbnails of my work which could be enlarged. There won't be any flash animation.

What am I required to do in order to accomplish this? What are some of the most reliable and affordable web hosts out there? What kind of software will I need? Can anyone recommend some good tutorials?

Just go to the library and pick up a book. there are tons of books out there to walk you through it
