Setting up Insignia NS 27 LCD HD TV as monitor

how would I set up a Insignia NS 27 LCD Widescreen TV as a monitor
Also, how would I set it up to game since it has an awkward resolution (1366-768), I don't know any games with resolution support for this
Please help, all replies are appreciated...
 
What kind of video card do you have? I know you can make custom resolutions with Nvidia drivers. As for games, you will have to make custom resolutions for them or run them in a window or likewise.
