setting up new pc

If im setting up a new pc on vista can someone walk me through if it will ask me to set up a user account and password and also i have been reading things about administrator accounts and if you dont have one you cant install software so when will i be asked to set up one of these and how

Hello,

At the end of the Vista setup you will be asked to create an account. Just run through the install. Also, regarding the Administrator account, you can always login with this account, by default the password is blank. You can always set one.
