setting up vista please help

Im about to buy a dell pc which will be running on windows vista,can anyone tell me the process this will involve will it ask me to set up a user account and passwords also i have heard about having to set up administrator accounts (is this true) i heard that vista often requests an administrators password permission when you install any new software etc,sounds like a right hassle
please help
 
User accounts are set up the same as XP, although when you install a new program or perform administrative operations, you will be required to be
logged in as an Admin.

To run .exe's and install programs, it's as easy as Right clicking on the .exe
and selecting "Run as Administrator".
