"sexpass, nwib, pureseeker"

since yesterday i have been having this very annoying spyware/virus time to time. its called "sexpass" which is svchost.exe in C:\windows and "nwib" and makes my home page as "pureseeker.com". i have tried all the best i can do, deleted the files off the C:\windows ran 3 spyware removal programes (spysweeper, xsofty, spybot).
Xsofty detects the files as a Trojan and when removed there is a window messege pop up saying "windows (the computer) need to be shutdown" so when re-started after a while connected to the net there it comes back again! i also tried clearing temp files and ran Trend Micro 2005 full scan (even system restore off) didnt detect anything. i really dont know what to do next to get rid off this and i dont wanna re-install OS (xp pro), below HJT log...pplease let me know what to get rid off

Enable veiwing of all files/folders and system/hidden files/folders.

check and fix these:

Dont reboot yet, goto the misc tools section of hjt and to Kill file on reboot section and kill the dd.dll file, reboot to safemode and make sure it is gone! reboot normal and see if that does it. :)
