Shader model 3?

Hello, I don't know too much about computers and I was hoping I could get some help.

I recently got a computer game and it says I need a video card that supports shader model 3 or higher, what are some video cards I could use in my computer(if any, it is an older comp :/ )

intel penguin 4 2.80GHz
 
Going to need your full specs mate,Motherboard,Power Supply etc.

Is it a pre-built system? if so whats the model number?

I'm assuming its quite a dated system with it having a P4,What sort of games are you trying to play?

you are likely going to need a new computer, as all you have is PCI to expand, and that won't support modern graphics cards without extreme bottleneck.
